Cancellation Policy
Please note that any changes or cancellations to an order must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After this timeframe, your order will enter the processing phase, and changes may no longer be possible. If you cancel your order within the 24-hour window, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition. An item is considered damaged if it has a defect or is physically broken. Damage to the packaging (e.g., dented boxes) where the product remains in good condition is not considered damage.
If your item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing nuzolabeauty13@gmail.com with a clear photo of the damage. If eligible, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
Please note that we do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
Shipping and Delivery
While we strive for timely delivery, Nuzola is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control. If you experience delivery issues, we recommend contacting the courier directly for assistance.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If you provide an incorrect address and do not notify us within 24 hours of placing your order, we cannot provide a resend or refund.
